MIDDLE RIVER INCENTIVES
The Middle River City Council is pleased to announce the incentives package for new residents has been expanded to include persons purchasing existing homes, as well as those who build new houses within the city limits. In addition to waiving the cost of a building permit, and the initial $50.00 utility hookup fee, the city now offers six months of free minimum use water and sewer and two months of free garbage service. The Middle River Community Club gives new residents up to $250.00 in Middle River merchant bucks to help them get settled in their new homes. Wikstrom Telephone Company offers new residents three months of free dial-up internet access, or one month free DSL internet service. Sjoberg's Cable TV provides three months free cable service.
