SPONSORED BUILDING LOTS
The city of Plummer has two free open building lots available. Lots
are wooded, and have an approximate area of one acre. The following
requirements must be met in order to qualify for the Free City Lot
Incentive:

New home must be a single, family dwelling or duplex.

New double width manufactured homes are acceptable

Single width manufactured homes do not qualify

Value of the new construction must be at least $65,000.00

Buyer understands and agrees that all construction shall comply with the State of Minnesota Building Code
-
The buyer is responsible to pay for the water to the property from the city water main and for an individual sewage treatment system in compliance with all applicable codes
-
The home has to be completed within 24 months of property purchase
-
The limited warranty deed to the property will not be given to the buyer until the time of finance closing
-
One (1) lot will classify as one (1) buildable site
-
The buyer is still allowed to apply for the Red Lake County Affordable Housing Program
-
City will furnish a limited warranty deed
-
Buyer will be responsible for abstract & recording fees
